diet pop and tv dinners?

once and a while i drink a diet soda, i know theres nothing in it, but it makes me feel fatter, prolly the carbonation?

also, on the weekends i like to cheat (being eating super clean for 2 weeks now) sometimes a forzen pizza, or hot pocket and rarely fast food.

will this hinder results greatly in my quest to burn fat? usually saturday is the day when i get the most hungry, sunday is back to easting clean..


any advice/comments/experience/?

I usually drink water with crystal light for flavoring but diet coke/pepsi is fine and will not make you fat.

Cheat meals are ok if they're limited. Much needed for mental sanity if you've been dieting for an extended period of time. They won't get in the way of your goals as long as they fit into your daily caloric limit for the day. Dont' get carried away with going too far in the extreme of either direction and you'll be fine.
