Diet Pills And Supplements?

hi u all, new here.

a few weeks ago i decided to change my life and lose weight, im 20 years old
im eating a clean diet and doing cardio everyday with weight 3 times a week.
im v. impressed the fat is dropping off and im looking leaner, o.k

i was wondereing if its worth me adding and supplements/diet pills to my regime? to give me quicker results?

on one hand it seems good as i will be getting quicker results, but on the other hand im thinking its a bad idea, because of the health issues and obviously i aint gonna stay on pills 4 eva so as soon as i stop will i not put weight back on?because to me pills and supplements aint addressing the cause of me being overwight,(which was bad nutrition and lack of exercise), all they are doing is sort of covering the problem, so in the long run they might be worthless.

having said that my diet is clean now and i am exercising so taking them might be differnt.

could anyone shed some light on this?

In my opinion, I would say keep the pills on the shelf for a while. If you are just starting out, the change in diet and exercise will provide all the results you need. Concentrate on eating right and training hard and that is really all you need.

Focus on the diet and excercise. I didn't include supps when I first started because I did not want to fall into the trap of depending on the supps to do the work instead of working on my diet. It took me awhile to figure out what I could eat and couldn't, the right programs, the right times to eat, etc. I started In January and went 4 months w/o supps before I added a topical fat burner to my program. I recently added additional supplements to my program.
