Could someone give me an opinion on my diet please.
Thanks once again. Here is my diet plan and I would really appreciate if you could help me on this, cause it’s the first time ever that I am going to follow any diet. Please ask me if you don’t understand the mess.
Protein Value
8.00 – 1 Scoop of whey protein 18.75
8.30 – 5 eggs white 17g
2 scoops of porridge
1 Fruit
Peanuts
A cup of semi-skimmed milk
10.30 - 1-2 slices wholemeal bread
+ olive oil spread
Fruit juice.
12.00 – MRP (Met-rx) 37g
13.00 – Train
after train – 2 scoops of whey protein 37.5g
15.00 - White meat 18g
Brown Rice
Salad + tblspoon of olive oil
17.00 – DON’T KNOW WHAT TO EAT
19.00 – DON’T KNOW WHAT TO EAT
21.00 – Salad + tuna (95 g) 27g
23.00 – 1 Scoop pf whey protein. 18.75g
total: 174g
-There will be some more protein, from other sources, I presume, as I’ll try to eat different things that fits in my diet.
I just want to look good, not too big cause I’m short.
I am training hard and as heavy as I can and I try to do some cardio twice a week (kickboxing).
Is that right that when you are on some kind of gear the body needs a bit more protein?
-At 17.00 and 19.00 and don’t really know what to have, could you suggest anything?
I am also starting my first cycle at the same time Sus + Winny 10 weeks cycle.
