Diet on and off ?

Can you chill with the diet when your off after pct? Or do you need to continue? I mean I dont want to lose gains but I also dont want to eat bland food for the rest of my life.
 
My goals are to pack on lots of lean mass. I dont want to be huge, just big and cut..... does that help?

Well if you wanna add mass and be cut, you're gonna have to eat right. You can slack off some unless you're competing IMO.

I only have one shake a day, post workout. Whole foods the rest of the day. Eat at least 6 times a day, eat plenty of complex carbs, 1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight, fats come from the carbs and proteins you eat usually. I'm out on this thread...check out the Diet Forum
 
Yeah bro same food all the time. It's easy if you're dedicated. Always have one cheat meal a week though to make it a little easier, and to help get over platueas.
 
I'm relaxing for a while now. I didn't train last week, this week, and won't train next week either. Have been training solid for 9 months now and my body is simply demanding a break. I still try to keep my foods clean though as it makes it that little easier when I'll hit training hard again

I agree with you to a extent, but i know some bros that eat like shit imo and still grow and look good. I guess it depends on the person.
