Diet needs a change!

Hey All

Please help me, I need to develop a new diet. Currently I am having six small meals a day, with a balance of protein and carbs and also some veggies. I know this is the best method of eating as it has been very successfull for me. The problem is I have been following the same routine for nearly two years now and although I dont gain weight, I dont lose it either.

I need a new diet plan to follow, something that will 'shock' my metabolism into burining more fat.......

I have heard many positive things about Carb cutting and carb loading cylce diets but Im not sure how these work

up the fats in your diet, and take out almost all the carbs, called a ckd diet. how much do you want to lose?
 
I agree with euro in that, you should use a CKD. Check the sticky at the top of the page. Mr. X is a genius when it comes to this stuff. The CKD will spare most all your muscle, whilst eliminating the fat. Goodluck!
 
I think that whole "shocking the system" thing is crap, but that's just me. A change once in a while is good, but for no more then a psychological reason. Studies might suggest otherwise, but I doubt it's really much of anything.
 
I've found one of the best ways to really boost your fat loss is to include plenty of healthy fats in your diet and to substantially limit your carb intake. Try olive oil as your main source of fat...the mono-unsaturates will really help you shed the excess junk.
