Diet & loosing BF / defining muscles?!

My qestion is: What do I need to do in regard of my DIET to begin loosing body fat and begin defining muscles and body?

Please include as much info as you feel right, I read it all very carefully... I appreciate your help...

first eat at least 5-6 times a day... add morning cardio for fat loss and take an ECA supplement. Post workout have a shake with about 50g of simple carbs (dextrose which you can get a supplementdirect.com) and whey protein (around 60g)... as for supplements you should take multi vitamins, vit c to start....... also for fat loss you should restrict 500 cals from maint (15cal/lb) and restrict carbs as much as possible......
