3:30/4pm - 50 grams Protien shake on the way to the gym.

5:30 back from gym 50 grams protien shake/ grape juice

7:30 - 5oz chicken breast , 1 cup rice, water

12:00am (work) 6oz chicked or roast

3am - 50 grams protien

and start over.

what does it add up to? calories....

just cause you drop carbs thru most of your meals doesnt mean its gonna be a "cutting diet". it looks like it will still be low cal but is it too low?

too much

Try taking in 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. I added up what you are taking in, and although protein is good, anything in excess will lead to fat storage. Keep your carbs about .7g/pound of bodyweight, just try to put them in the earlier parts of your day. Stay away from high fat protein sources like the whole eggs and roast...

Make smaller changes... Instead of a 50grm protein shake, try a 30grm shake... instead of three whole eggs, eat six to eight egg whites.... instead of white rice, choose oatmeal, sweet potatoes, or brown rice...

Good luck!

adding 1T healthy oils (omega 3, 6, 9) must be in any diet- definitely harder to lose fat without them. Ham is high sodium, holds water, looks like fat.
You didn't mention your cardio or water intake, but I'm sure you know these will assist greatly in achieving your desired look.
Good luck!
