Diet Help

I'm on a ckd diet and these questions are in regards to carbs. I know they may sound pretty dumb but if any one could help me out I would appreciate it.
What type of carbs are considered low GI and what type of carbs are considered Hi gi. When on my carb up day should my first 2 meals be Hi gi carbs then followed by several low gi carb meals and the last 2 Hi gi carbs?:mix:

CKD = cyclic ketogenic diet, which means that you stay in ketosis for a period (usually 5 days or so), then carb-up for a period (a day or two).

Oh, thanks...i didnt know the abreviation. That type of diet seems to work best when in shorter cycles like low/no one day, moderate next, high third when your trying to gain/maintain...pretty much year round till your trying to diet down...then one more like what you mentioned would be better...like the 5 day ketosis and then carb up for a couple days. But I dont know much about high GI vs. low GI carbs...sorry.
