Diet help, for an extremely picky eater.

I'm trying to increase my size and overall fitness by the time I join the Military in the middle of next year. I workout and eat generally healthy but I need help in constructing a proper diet. Especially since I don't eat Pasta and I don't eat most vegetables (I really only eat potato and corn) Which makes it hard to come up with a proper diet, as I know Pasta is a key Carb source.

I'd appreciate any and all help you guys/gals can give me.
 
If you wanna get big you got to suck it up and eat what's right not what you like. Seriously how old are you bro? But anyway there are plenty of good sources of carbs and proteins that are fuckin hammer. I dont know if you like whole wheat breads or sweet potatoes, or brown rice. And dude just about any sort of meat is good red meat, chicken, fish.
My heart really isn't in this as I'm still disturbed about you talkin about going into the military, and in the same paragraph talking about how you're a picky eater. Just google carb and protein sources and see what you like.
 
I used to be the same way but you really gotta get over that hump man. What I found has helped is cooking your own foods, research recipes on how to make them nasty veggies tolerable. You could never get me to eat broccoli but it was really holding my diet back and you just gotta want it bad enough to change yourself for the good. You just gotta get your mind around it and accept it.

And besides how silly does it sound to look at a buff dude and he him say "vegetables are yucky!"

Look into cooking your own foods and adding whatever you need to thats clean, to make them taste better dude
