I'm trying to increase my size and overall fitness by the time I join the Military in the middle of next year. I workout and eat generally healthy but I need help in constructing a proper diet. Especially since I don't eat Pasta and I don't eat most vegetables (I really only eat potato and corn) Which makes it hard to come up with a proper diet, as I know Pasta is a key Carb source.
