Not advertising brother. I'll give general help to anyone that asks for free.

Online training is a viable option now for many and much cheaper than hiring a personal trainer in person. I get 40 bucks per hour in person.

And if you don't believe i'm who I say I am, well i'll give you my gym owners phone number for reference.
