Ok guys my diet consists of protein shakes(low carbs) chicken and ground meat(low fat) burgers plus veggies. I do cardio 4 times a week and weight train 5 times a week. Running winny at 75mg ED for the next 3 weeks. Should I spread my small meals out during the day or just eat 3 normal sized meals? Smaller meals are two chicken tenders, glass of milk, a half a burger, or green beans. Then bigger meals are peanut butter, chicken tenders(3 or 4) with a protein shake. I'm trying to cut body fat down to 10 or below for summer time but I'm having the hardest time trying to get that last bit of skin to tighten up. I want to see DEFINITION AND ABS! BUT I do NOT want to lose muscle so I still lift pretty heavy.
