Diet for Bulking???

I have good results with a 40 40 20 I like to put on weight off season but I don't like to get overly fat adjust your calories accordingly I multiply my bodyweight in pounds by 18, This gives me my calorie base. Ex. 200x18=3600. This is what works best for me, for many of the people that I work with we need to go higher with the calorie base i.e. 20xbodywt. etc. until you find your ideal calorie base which your putting on a shit load of wt. without layers of fat. As your bodyweight increases so does your food intake.
