Why is it so important to eat 6 meals a day?? Isn't this theory just a myth?

What are the tips/tools of doing things differently based on your bodytype (endo, meso, ecto)?? If I am an endo, for example, is it a much better attack plan to be cycling calories and carbs??
 
These are/were some of mine. Some of them may not be appropriate.

- Heavy weight - few reps vs. light weight - many reps
- Running & knee problems - elliptical, treadmill, dirt and sand
- What are some exercises I can do at home without hitting the gym?
- Is flavored water OK to drink?
- Is diet soda OK to drink?
- Body fat % and how it is calculated.
- What type of classes should I consider at the gym if they are offered?
- There are many machines at the gym that new people recognize. Most people know what a recumbant elliptical bike or treadmill is. There is also some equipment that nearly every gym has but aren't known by those who aren't "in the know". List their names, what they are used for, how using the machine offers benefits over using free weights, etc.
- What NOT to do... lift uncomfortable weight, use bad form to complete your set, overuse supps, etc. NORMALLY common sense stuff but I am a "cover all bases" type of person.

My last suggestion is something of personal importance to me. Stretching. I can't even begin to describe how important I think it is. However, improper stretching can lead to injury so a good "guide" on proper stretches or even just links to other forum topics would be very nice. I have, like nearly all people, had to deal with the most annoying of injuries. Sprained ankles, aching knees and elbows, pulled muscles, etc. Some simple suggestions for dealing with these common "non-serious" injuries would be great... It is almost gauranteed everyone will experience each of them.

PS... when running a large block in town, twisting your ankle on the exact opposite part of the block from your stopping point is the most horrible thing EVER.

Good luck Pintoca??? I'm not planning on answering all this by myself!!!, we should start with the "spreading of the fun"... Who wants to volunteer and for what questions?
 
I am by know means as educated than a lot of people on this board, but I have learned a lot the last couple of months and will help with what I can.
