Diet/Cutting cycle update 10 days in

Ok for those of you that dont know
i am on
1cc of tt tren ED
1cc of tt winny ED
1cc of t-100 prop ED

at day 14 i start clen and cardio

start weight 260
current weight is 253
target 240 at 5-6% bf

i am really losing fat fast
it is awesome my quads are really starting to come in
so are my abs


think i went a little two crazy on the diet but that will be adjusted on day 14

my strenth is way up
forexample

i do chins to start my back work out
before cycle i could do 20 dead hang chins for first set
yesterday i did 18 dead hangs with a 45 between my legs on my second set
i stack all the cable machines doing back (with weight strapped to the sides)

today i will do chest so i will get a better idea how that is going


1 minor problem

my aggression is almost uncontrolable, that is a little bad

i will keep you updated more
 
Sweet cycle. I am doing:

75 mg Fina ED
50 Mg Winny ED
50 mg "Masteron" ED

Going to add Anavar at 40 mg ED in a couple of weeks.

Weight is up about 6 pounds in a week.
 
What do you think your bodyfat% is now at 253lbs. And what is your diet like now and how are you changing it on day 14.

looking awesome Conan, the only thing that doesn't work with me is such long Cardio sessions, 45 minutes eats my muscles right away, I take 8BCAA's before the morning cardio and that's prevents them a bit from getting canibalized.
 
Conan, for someone with your weight you should be taking in a little more calories than that. You will start to sacrifice protein for energy, I would also increase my fat intake from unsaturated Omega 3 fatty-acids. Try a some flax-seed oil 3 times a day with protein shakes or some all natural peanut butter. Your carbs are low, at 180 a day and only 5% fat from calories is not enough. You will hinder your gains that way. Also try to stick with cardio at 30 minutes a day in the am, maybe 5-6 times a week instead of 45 minutes a day as you will start to sacrifice muscle. other than that you are doing great. Cant wait to see what you look like when you are done.

That sounds good, the Tren makes me very aggressive also. Your diet sounds right on, You have tried GH to shed the fat quickly, right? This is much more effective for me than T3 which sheds everything. I won't use anything but Humatrope and shit it is not cheap.....lol

at only 60% of Max heart rate i think that is ok
BTW i am doing it because i over heard victor Martinuez talking about it, he is a pro so i guess i will listen to him

also i dont really care about preserving muscle i just wnat to get my bodyfat as low as i possible can so i cna keep it with in range for when i want to do a show
muscle is the easy part low body fat is the the tough part
