diet critique!

i am going to do the ultimate get ripped diet(orig. version), crumb diet, starting next week. my stats are weight 245 lbs. with 15% bf. here is a day of meals on the diet. i want to lose about 5% bf(more would be great!) in eight weeks so i know i will have to diet my ass off. so any modifications would be appreciated! it is pretty much just like the outlined one on the post but a few modifications, here it is:

1. 3 servings of whey/1 tblspn. of flax oil
2. 10 oz. london broil with 1 cup of veggies
3. 1 can tuna with safflower mayonaise and small amt. of relish mixed in, 1 cup of veggies
4. 3 servings of whey 1tblspn. flax oil
5. 2 cans of tuna with safflower mayo
6. (post workout) 2 servings whey and 10 oz. OJ
7. 10 oz. london broil 1 cup veggies

i will be working out 4 times a wk. and doing cardio 4-6 times a wk.

P.S. what is the significance of all the supplements listed? what will happen if i don't use any?
 
It looks great! I'm still a bit iffy about having 3 servings of whey in some meals (cost wise). Is there a cheaper alternative? Would tuna be appropriate as a substitute? Thanks.

Looks good bro. This is what i would suggest, you either put 2 servings in the shake, or get a slower digesting protein source.

See, cottagecheese (casein) can be put in. Now, you ask but i need my healthy fats. Stick the flax somewhere else, or with the cottage cheese if you got the stomach for it , probably will taste nasty.

If you stick with the whey and flax, I suggest you buying optimums 10lbs whey bag, vanilla ice cream. Cheapest around.

I see where you are heading with this, a solid keto diet, however if you really want to succeed you need to address human nature.
do you plan on eating the same 8 items for eight weeks?

Initially the largest problem i had with keto or keto type diets was the lack of variety. I much like you made a list of what i would eat every day.....i was bored and craving carbs in three days.
make a list of at least ten different things you could eat for each meal and go from there, be creative....additionally (if you eat out) find restaurants that will have something that will agree with your diet, restaurants are a source of many cheats for most.

you also need to factor in things like snacks like macadamia nuts, jerky (low sodium), that will kill your hunger when you get carb craving the first week or too.
These seem like small considerations but they can be do or die.
 
yeah on the topic of eating out what should i do about that? eat a salad, what for the dressing? eat a steak with mixed veggies?
