diet critique for cutting cycle .

I will be starting a cutting cycle very soon , win + test prop + EQ + HGH .

I am hoping to lose bodyfat and at the same time add some good lbs of muscle .

Here is the diet and training program .


meal 1 -10:00 - carbs + protein ( bananas + whey protein )

meal 2 -13:00 - fat + protein ( flax seed oil + chicken breast )

meal 3 -15:30 - carbs + protein ( brown rice + chicken breast )

16:30 - WORKOUT ( 6 x week )

meal 4 -18:00 - carbs + protein ( bananas + whey protein )

20:00 - AEROBICS ( 3-4 x week )

meal 5 - 21:30 - carbs + protein ( brown rice + eggs white and lean beef )

meal 6 - 24:00 - fat + protein ( flax seed oil + whey protein )


It took me lots of research to come to this .

How do you guys like it ?

btw - diet is 2200 kcals and I will be starting it with 215 lbs and 10-12 % BF .

Goal is 220 lbs and 4-6 % .

Some green veggies wouldn't hurt to add to help out with digestion.

thanks for the reply bro , problem is I hate veggies , can't eat them ...wheneve I try them ,I almost puke :worried:

are they absolutely necessary ?

what about the rest of the diet , is it good ??

i would drop the bananas in the morning and replace that with oatmeal . and i would also switch meal 2 and 5 around, you dont need carbs that late at night.
