Will Diet Coke really crash my diet? I'm not talking about three a day but one every other day.

the aspartame in them can cause insulin spikes depending on the person..which could be a problem if you drink it in excess.. 1 every other day is not a problem especially if it is keeping you sane

I can have one, or a packet of Crystal Light, and my insulin skyrockets. I think it all depends on the person.

Ive heard a doctor say that some ingredients in Diet drinks can be used in place of fermaldihide <--- spell check.

If true, thats wild.
