Diet + clen/t3 and ec stack help/advise

Diet is as follow
2k cals, 60 fat, 40carb 330protein roughly

yes very low fat and carbs its carb cycling type diet I refeed after thursday workout leading into fri refeed day-around 14g carb per 1kg lean mass, and moderate carb cal intake on weekend. Yet I eat around that for low cal/carb days.

Simple foods, egs, bread, chicken, veggies, protein powder only water -lots of it-

clen/t3

Day 1-3 clen 60mcg t3 50mcg
day 4-14 clen 120mcg t3 75mcg

1 week off clen t3 75mcg

repeat another 2 weeks done -help with this the most never done clen/t3 gonna do it only for around a little over month 5 weeks or so-

ec stack 25mg e, 200mg c 3x a day no build up done it few times feel no difference.-full 6 weeks-

First time running clen/t3 running no anabolic with this-honestly feel waste to run any anabolic for diet unless your leading into contest shape bodyfat level-, this is part of my priming phase before a cycle so I don't care about losing some mass-though I think the t3 kills mass is highly exaggerated-. Is this fine for dose? Is diet fine its basically just slightly below maint, diet is going to last about 6 weeks.

The idea that you need to taper off and take a week off w clen is a myth. I've run it 4 weeks at a time before. It does not lose its power like we once thought. As a matter of fact a month ago the cycle I finished involved t3 and clen. Was a 10 week cycle, added in clen about week 6, ran it thru all the way to the end at.140mcg/day and got up to 137.5mcg t3 along with it.

Then when you're done, you're done. You have to taper off with t3 of course but clen no you do not, you just stop.
 
thanks I was not sure I'll run it full length through at fairly low dose since first time to see how I react. How do you taper down the t3 say I stay at only 75mcg-fairly low- do I lower down to 25mcg or something or how does that work.

I move down every 3 days. So in your case 75 for a day then knock 12.5 off of it for 3 days then knock another 12.5 etc. I did this because I was taking 25mg capsules im not sure what yours are

yeah I have 25mg generic tabs also, so how long do you run t3+clen for generally? is the 5weeks or so fine or too long?
 
I'm running it with clen alslo 50mcg day will have little effect on muscle loss for such a low dose

I think its a waste to run gear while cutting unless plan to come into contest shape

can you tell my why its a terrible idea to use it when it has a great effect on fat loss when my goal is fat loss as priming for cycle?
