point is, you can't cherry pick where fat will come off from.
Then again, the older we get, the less elastic our skin is, so even if there is nt much fat underneath, your skin might have a sagging appearance. Such is life
Honestly? It might and will help but my guess is you need to be ready for some unpleasant dieting for a little while if you are natural. To get rid of that "last little bit", you generally have to commit to a real diet and one that is moving away from optimally healthy. By simply eating properly and healthy, you can get lean. But to get really lean like I think you are describing, you need to push your body past what it wants to do at first.
