Diet/Cardio Help

i been out of the gym for like 3 yrs

time to get back in, and cut some weight and get into shape again
can anyone help me with what types of cardio/how much i should be doing, and any other tips

as well as maybe some good info or links for starting a good 5/6 meal a day diet

Gor for a 45 minute jog in the morning. Eat maily protein and good fats. Keep your carbs low and early in the day. If you want a more thought out question, try doing some research by using the search engine, and reading past threads first.
