Im about 170 pounds now. I went to get my bfat tested and found out I have 3.9. i know its too low for someone whos not a body builder, neither am I trying to be. I am cycling my carbs one day Ill have 150 grams, then next day 300 grams, then next day 25 grams. I keep repeating this.
I need some suggestions, is this a legit cycle? Also I want to get bigger but do not want to get fatter, Kind of impossible huh?
