Diet after pct??

Hi bros,

This is something i've been wondering for quite sometime now and would like to hear your views on the same. I'm going to start my cutting cycle soon and will be on a caloric defecit throughout obviously. I'm running test and anavar and will be in an anabolic state throughout.

But what after? How exactly do i go about my diet after the cutting cycle's over? During pct? And after?

I mean, the test will spare muscle even on a calorie restricted diet while i lose fat. How many calories do i need to take after? How do you bros go about it?

After the cycle up cals. This is where dedication has to be a strong point. More cals but nothing but 100% clean as a mother fucker.

Now You will want to add in a damn good combo of sups to help you out for something like this....



O hell I am not going to post about it now though. This is deff something I am going to want to make a long thread about.. Bro do me a big favor. Send me a pm and remind me that I need to make a thread about this subject. I will make a thread and then I will also add it to my steroids 101 thread too.


Trust me with a higher but cleaner cal diet, the right sups and good training you can roll right threw pct and not gain a once of fat well keeping all your muscle.
