I am a 20 year old 260 lb 6'1 tall male and my main goal is to loose bf.... Then build more muscle
My Diet is as follows:
Meal 1
Protien Shake
Meal 2
tuna
Meal 3
Another Protein shake
Meal 4
Breast of chicken or tuna again
Meal 5
Salad w/non fat dressing and chicken sometimes
My workouts consist of 30 mins of cardio about 6 days weekly and 3 days of weights. When I do both in one day i do the cardio first then weights. Can anyone give any advice on improvments that can be made in the diet and/or workout schedule? Also what are some good foods to eat later at night when I have that urge to munch? I am taking Xenadrine EFX twice daily as well. Regular xenadrine causes some odd pain in my chest so Ive only tried using it once...
