Diet Advice Pls...

I am a 20 year old 260 lb 6'1 tall male and my main goal is to loose bf.... Then build more muscle

My Diet is as follows:

Meal 1
Protien Shake

Meal 2
tuna

Meal 3
Another Protein shake

Meal 4
Breast of chicken or tuna again

Meal 5
Salad w/non fat dressing and chicken sometimes


My workouts consist of 30 mins of cardio about 6 days weekly and 3 days of weights. When I do both in one day i do the cardio first then weights. Can anyone give any advice on improvments that can be made in the diet and/or workout schedule? Also what are some good foods to eat later at night when I have that urge to munch? I am taking Xenadrine EFX twice daily as well. Regular xenadrine causes some odd pain in my chest so Ive only tried using it once...

you're eating too little calories ...you should be taking in at least 3000cal daily

My Diet is as follows:
-------bold is the new meal--------------
Meal 1
Protien Shake
1 cup oatmeal
4 whole eggs, 5 egg whites
1tbsp. all natural Peanut Butter


Meal 2
tuna
1 can tuna w/
1 large salad w/ 1tbsp. olive oil


Meal 3
Another Protein shake
2 yams
2 cans tuna
1 large salad w/ 1tbso. olive oil


Meal 4
Breast of chicken or tuna again
2 1/2 cans of tuna
or 2 5oz. chicken breasts
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil


Meal 5
Salad w/non fat dressing and chicken sometimes
60g protein shake w/ 1 tbsp. all natural peanut butter

Meal 6:
1/2 cup oatmeal, 30 g protein
15g psyllium husk fiber
--assuming this is before bed


cal ballpark ~2700-2800 tops

Another question:
Using the diet that you recommended will I loose body fat and muscle or just body fat? I don't want to loose muscle but I will sacrafice some for bf loss seeing that at the moment I am pretty overweight. Then maybe I could switch it up a bit to avoid muscle loss??

I couldn't tell you if you would lose muscle or not, that is impossible to tell from a high protein diet. It's what your genetics amount to be; remember this is not a super low cal diet, it's fairly close to your BMR. You shouldn't lose muscle if you train hard and rest enough.
