i'm 277, around 27% bf. I can't do the anabolic diet, so im trying the 30/40/30 diet (it may end up being 40/40/20, don't know if that matters).
my maintenance calories are about 4100-4500 a day. I'm cutting down to 3000 a day. Is that too big of a cut? would i need fat mobilizers to ensure that bodyfat is used for energy?
i'm not doing alot of cardio. 30min 3x a week of moderate intensity is what i'm doing.
I want to add some drugs to the mix. Something to keep metabolism up, an appetite suppressant & something to release fat stores. I guess ECA, yohimburn & ALA is probably a good bet for that.
