I agree about working on the eating habits - If you experienced zero gains on any cycle you must not have everything dialed in.. Clean the diet up and throw some weight around!

i like hella. but if you ve taken real deca and didnt get jack im not sure what to tell you. more of the basics may be needed. not sure. but regardless, hella is a good ph, good combo of strength/size and little fatloss.
