Well first off let me just say, i typed up A HUGE starting blog. I went to post it and wow i was kicked off. So let me try this again.
Well, im steven and i am from EF. I am here to post a blog about needtobuildmuscle.com`s dieslebolan starter stack. I am going to do a 4 week run of dieslebolan and tren TFO. I have 2 PH cycles under my belt and 2 AAS cycles under my belt. Over that period of time i have found what works and dosent work for me. What i like and dont like as well as where my diet and training should be.
If you have ever done a cycle you know that it costs some change. I have spent anywhere from 350-1000.00 dollars. Well needtobuildmuscle has put together several FULL cycles for under 200.00. WOW can you beleive that? A years gains for under 200.00 dollars.

My goals are to reach 200lbs and bring my legs up since getting my patella put back in place. I want to reach a 460-480 lb bench, 550-600lb dead lift and get back to squatting again.
The dieslebolan starter stack consists of these products.
1 bottle dieselbolan
1 bottle 19-tren-tfo
1 bottle forged liver support
1 bottle forged post cycle
I will be running them as follows.
DB-3caps ed 30days
Tren TFo-3 caps ed 30 days
Now a beginner would want to start off with 2 caps ed and see how they progress.
I will run the forged support as directed and the forged pct at 4 caps ed for a week and 2 caps ed for the rest of the time.
On to the diet, my favorite part. This is where all the hard work and money could go RIGHT down the drain.

7:00 am- 50g protein shake
8:00 am- 12 egg whites/ 1 c oats/ 1 tbsp pb
11:00 am- 10 oz chicken/ 1 cup brown rice/ 2 cups broccoli
12:00pm- 20g protein/ monster pump
1:30 pm- 60g protein/ 70grams waxymaize
2:30 pm- 12 egg whites/1.5 cups rice/ 2 cups broccoli
4:30 pm- 10 oz chicken/ 1 sweet potato/ asperagus
7:30 pm- 12 oz steak/asperagus
10:00pm 6 eggwhites/ 3 oz hamburger/ handfull of almonds
My training will be 4 days a week with 1 day of cardio.
Sun- chest/tri abs
mon-legs/ low back
tues-off
wed-back/bi
thurs-shoulders-abs
fri-cardio/low back
sat-off
I will update my workout each day w/ weights used and what exercises i did that day.
