iv been training for 6 years, diet is good, 200+ grams of protein (yes im at 300 now for diesel) been on protein glutamine for 4 years and creatine on and off.... done a few test cycles before... thats about all my history i just think the product sucked for a ph. i did get a little size but the diet coulda been better, i stopped drinking for diesel, eating like a horse, sleaping lots, training harder than ever... hopefully good things to come
