the higher the dosage the more gains the higher the sides. they're all directly related, you just gotta pick your poison. some people will have hellish sides at 2 caps, some will have none at 3 caps. no one can tell you what will happen to you for sure. i ran mine at 3 caps and i suffered from some pretty shitty calf pumps, but not much else. you just gotta try it for yourself. my advice would be to run it at 2 caps the first week, then bump that to 3 caps if you feel comfortable enough.
