Dieselbolan, 19-Tren-Tfo - How Much Cardio

This falls somewhere between the workout forum and the supplement forum, but I thought it might make more sense here. I know there's no exact science to this, but I thought several of you would have some advice to offer up. I'm starting my Dieselbolan, 19-Tren-Tfo 8 week cycle on Monday. I want to add lean muscle. When I say lean, I mean very lean, so I'll definitely be doing my cardio unlike on my last cycle which was more about bulking. My question is how often and how long would you recommend I do my cardio. I typically do high intensity running on the tread mill and am hoping to mix in swimming. I just don't want to over or under do it. I'll be lifting 4-5 days a week.

I'm 32, 6'1" and about 185lbs. By bf% is between 10 and 11. When bulking a few months back, I was all about adding weight. A little more than a year ago, I was at 155, so I'm pretty satisfied with where I am size-wise. This time around I'm more about looking bigger than actually being bigger. I'll post up a detailed log with all my supplements next week.

i ran this combo.. i gained 7 lbs in 10 days.. no bloat, the diesel is like dbol without the bloat.. plain and simple, happy feeling, increase strength and weight, countered the tren effects sexually.. ..

take 3000g taurine per day that will help control the lower back pain that normally happens with dbol..
 
it's hard to say bro. When I do a lot of high intensity cardio, I start to wither away. I have a friend who does high intensity cardio for an hour every day and he just becomes more vascular and leaner, not much muscle loss if any. So it all depends on you.

For me, I have found my happy medium at this: workout days I do HIIT cardio 12 minutes. On my off days I do low intensity walking between a 15* and 30* incline 2.5-3.0mph for 20-25 minutes on empty stomach. It is working okay for me right now doing this, I am adding lbm with this scheme
 
personally, the pumps that come with dieselbolan and the 19-tren have prevented me from running, I can barely stand to be on an elliptical for 30 minutes
