This falls somewhere between the workout forum and the supplement forum, but I thought it might make more sense here. I know there's no exact science to this, but I thought several of you would have some advice to offer up. I'm starting my Dieselbolan, 19-Tren-Tfo 8 week cycle on Monday. I want to add lean muscle. When I say lean, I mean very lean, so I'll definitely be doing my cardio unlike on my last cycle which was more about bulking. My question is how often and how long would you recommend I do my cardio. I typically do high intensity running on the tread mill and am hoping to mix in swimming. I just don't want to over or under do it. I'll be lifting 4-5 days a week.
I'm 32, 6'1" and about 185lbs. By bf% is between 10 and 11. When bulking a few months back, I was all about adding weight. A little more than a year ago, I was at 155, so I'm pretty satisfied with where I am size-wise. This time around I'm more about looking bigger than actually being bigger. I'll post up a detailed log with all my supplements next week.
