Got a slight problem, been on test E for the last 7 to 8 weeks, decent gains, but I am finding it more and more difficult to train. I am getting an insane pump in my right arm, forearm and bicep, last night training back I couldn't continue, even typing now its getting pumped, I think it might be a bit too much water in there???

Test E Gains start around week 4-5

your probably noticed some type of asymmetry in your training which is showing itself of your physique.

Maybe go less heavy and make sure your grip and form are spot on to balance things out.

Yeah, but this is just an insane pump. I get great pumps all over, but this is something else, it is stopping me train properly. As mentioned even typing starts to pump my arm, Ive tried the lighter higher reps and even heavier than usual, but its still there... I'll be moaning soon when I'm off that Ive got no pump in my arms. LOL

Stretch in between exercises bro... extend your arm and bend your hand/wrist up then down and holdd

Under Lift at a higher rep range for a bit

or maybe do slightly less sets

your probably going to grow into to it if that makes sense

I had something that sounds similar, was like i was tensin my right forearm when i wasn't, it was putting me right off my training even on bence press felt more like a strain than a pump to me though.

Bro I know how to fix it!!!! Dont do exercises like curl bar to where you have to use both arms. Because your right arm can be taking more of the weight than the left one. I have had this happen before and started using db's more often so I know for sure that im working both arms equally!!!!!!!!!! give it shot for few weeks
