i have been lifting off and on for 10 years, seriously for the past year.
i just got SERIOUS about deadlifting (and trainign and diet in general) about a month ago.
every time i do them, i can max another 25 pounds it seems. ill be doing 315x3 by the end of the year i think.
do you bros think i can steamroll on through to 405 by next summer or will i prolly hit a plateau after 3 plates?
