Hey bros,

Lots of people claim that after youre done with a cycle, you'll eventually lose all your gains even with proper diet and training. Has anyone experienced this? Personally I think that people tend to eat the same amount of food after a cycle as they did before. Thats probably the biggest mistake. Am I right? I am planning on doing one cycle this year. I dont have the cash to be doing cycles for the rest of my life. I feel like the cycle I have planned will take me to where I want to be. After that, I would like to stay at that size and retain my gains for as long as I continue training. Is this unlikely?
 
Im doing a pretty basic B&M 10 week cycle. 500mg/week of test enth, 400mg/week of EQ, 30mg/day of dbol for 6 (maybe 4) weeks. Liquidex ED @ 0.5mg. Clomid for therapy. I also have Nolva on hand. Looking to gain around 20lbs of good muscle.

right now im 20years old, 180lbs, 5'11" dont know my BF (maybe around 15%...Im not fat, just got a slight belly from my last bulking diet).

I plan on consuming between 4500-5000cals/day while on the cycle and also plan to continue at 4000cals/day after the cycle is over. Training will remain strict all the way through.

1st cycle: (halotestin) start 140lbs end 160lbs = kept all
2nd cycle: (sust@500mg/wk, 8wk) start 165lbs end 185 = kept 12lbs = 177lbs
3rd cycle: (dbol@35mg/day, test enanthate@500mg/wk) start 177 end ??? = currently 190lbs with 2 weeks to go.

<5'-9", 190lbs, 10-12%BF> currently
