I know this is beating a dead horse, but wtf. Every time I pick up a magazine there's
a study where some new super supplement turns out to be a load of bullshit.
And here's a golden rule, if even one credible writer says that a supplement is
a fraud, then it probably is no matter how many others say it's viable.
Hell what's really out there? Creatine and Glutamine, a multivitamin and a good
tasting protein powder? If something works really well then one of two things happens:
either it becomes a prescription substance or it becomes totally illegal (even
ecstacy, lsd, marijuana, and heroin have some medical uses).
