Run it with deca & eq. Use EFA's like flaxseed oil & glucosomine. Even then I find I cant run it more than 6 weeks before the sides kill me. But for strength gains , muscle definition & hardness, its fantastic. Normally I would run it at 100mg EOD or around 300mg PW. This run I have dropped it down to about 200mg PW with still good results. Just waiting for the cystic acne to flair up again LOL

You think thats whats makin me tired all the time? I think Im eating enough carbs...probably a little over 100g of carbs in a day, all oats, nuts, and whole grain, and waxy maize now in my pwo shake. Ehh..its probably just the tren.. Once I hit the gym I have a ton of energy.

Sounds like you maey be in limbo - ie low carbs but not in ketosis (burning fat for fuel).

2 weeks ago I started a 0 carb diet, apart from 20g oats PWO to replace muscle glycogen levels. I also upped my good fats substantially. Now my ketostix show Im in ketosis and I really have loads of energy - more than when I was seating carbs. You still gotta bulk up on carbs say one a week as glycogen in the muscles will deplete and lead to faliur in the gym. However this is my first bulk in 2 weeks - not felt tired till now.
 
Hmm...stay with good carbs though, right? Not like sugars and white breads and shit like that? Yea, i kinda feel like im in limbo, although at least my protein and fat intakes seem exactly where they should be. My whey protein has 4g per scoop so i had 8g so far today... Im figuring tomorrow being mothers day ill end up having some pasta or something, so that can be my carb day. Just noticed a new vein poppin out in my lower abs. Love tren!!

Yeah avoid fructose, do for carbs with low GI
 
hey fellas, little update for ya.... my aggression is getting fucking good! and i know its not in my head because i never let anything go to my head. im a real level headed, laid back bro. keep in mind im still on 50mg eod and im in the middle of wk3. dont think i could handle 75mg eod. im not even joking guys, shit!
 
haha..im here... If you getting good results, no need to up the dose. Stay where your at and keep gaining. Im now seeing the leaning out effects... vascularity is up.. beginning week 5 tomorrow. Life is good. haha
 
Nice, yea I wouldnt change anything at this point if results are good for u.. this is the best time for me now. Tren is doing its thing, sust usually kicks in nice for me around week 5, and the eq should be kicking in around now too. Prime time!!!
