I voted no. It doesn’t mess with my sleep but as I posted on another thread the night sweats are bad. I go to sleep between 10:00 – 10:30 p.m. I wake up once at around 2:00 a.m. to drink a ISO AGB shake and when the alarm goes off at 6:15 a.m. When I wake up at two, my chest is glistening with sweat, and the towel that I lay on is soaked from my back and legs.
