Did the TEST only cycles. What is next for me?

Done a couple of test cycles now. One with tbol. Never really acheived the results I wanted. I'm researching into my next cycle. Any suggestions?

I'm hearing tren, primo, anavar..what do you guys think? Another test base but stack with something else?
 
Let's first look at why you might not have achieved the results you were after, before adding more compounds into the mix.

What was the dosage on your test, and for how long? What was your diet and training like while on and in PCT? What was your PCT?

I did 500mg for 12 weeks. Pct was nolvadex, Purus labs test booster, formastanzol


Trained hard 6 days a week. Diet was only part that was lacking. Not eating enough. It's just genetics. I just can't eat a lot. But at the same time I'm not looking to put on 20lbs. Just 5-10
 
I liked the cycle don't get me wrong. Many people say I'm competition ready now. An amateur show that is. But of course we all want to be better. I know test only is pretty novice. So I'm wondering what is a jump up from that.
 
Well, even if you only want to gain 5-10lbs, if that is going to be all muscle it is a lot. And to achieve that you need a pretty good surplus to make that happen. Adding more compounds doesn't replace the food. If it isn't there then growth won't happen plain and simple.

If you don't want to get much bigger, why juice at all? You could achieve that naturally over time
 
Your diet is the most important part of the equation, adding more compounds will not make up for poor diet on cycle, especially considering a lot of them can mess with your appetite... I have a poor appetite and a fast metabolism, so I have to each as much as I possibly can every two hours of the day and chuck down a lot of liquid calories, tuna berries and milk in a blender a couple of times a day helps, you just need to find a way to eat what you need to....

Yes trust me I try to eat. It's not that easy for me. I do take the time to maintain and gain naturally. 2 cycles a year is my target

Oh no it's not that I didn't get any results. I just expected more. I think my body was already peaked pretty high so the aas was never a night and day thing like most guys. Noone really ever questioned whether I was on becaus I was a pretty big guy before. Im just looking for a more intense cycle. Not abusing it. Last cycle was in April
 
gotta eat bro. I am about your height and I am clocking in at about 192 at 13.5% body fat. I eat.. A LOT. ask anyone that knows me and they will say I have 2 things with me at all times.. food and water. anywhere i go i take a cooler with me.

and trust me as you put more and more muscle on you will have to keep eating more and more or you will be hungry all the time with no energy and your muscle will waste away, especially off cycle.. it doesn't get any easier. so learn to eat and avoid things that kill appetite. caffeine and stims will stunt appetite, as will dairy, gassy foods..

your issue is you need to learn to sacrifice putting on some fat to put on muscle. probably you are doing too much cardio and not bringing in enough calories.. what do you do for a living?

I actually do 0 cardio. Haven't done cardio in years an I'm at 9%. That's how fast my body burns fat. I'm in medical so if I'm in a case or with a patient, I can't get my meal in.


I will work on my diet with this next cycle. I just want suggestions on what I could stack

If you aren't doing any cardio, and are that lean you have to be eating too little. You don't need cardio to burn fat. What you need is a defecit, and since your bodyfat % is low without trying to make it be shows that you don't eat enough to get quality gains.

I want to help you, but I can't just recommend a stack to you. First things first, and diet and training are first so I am trying to help you with it.

You should find out your maintenance, then start tracking cals you eat to make sure you are at least a good 500 over maintenance each day.

bodybuilding is a sacrifice man. you gotta do what i suggested above. take food with you to work. get some pre cooked food in a cooler.. heat it up in the microwave and eat when you get a few minutes ..

you should of had some good appetite boosts when you ran test.. i know for me it makes my appetite go up.

also I will bet that you aren't working your legs enough... us shorter dudes should have monster legs and I will bet I can easily out squat or out deadlift any 6 foot guy who weights even 20 pounds more than me. we've got a huge advantage cause we typically have much stronger joints then tall lanky guys.. so you should be hitting the squat rack hard atleast once a week. your legs have the potential of adding 15 pounds to your weight .. look at a guy like Maurice Jones drew. he is our height and he weighs in the 200's.. why? cause his legs are freakin huge and he is a beast. he was born with amazing quads and hamstrings. he can run over and drag 250 pound LB's like a bowling ball

a tree needs a strong root and trunk to flourish.
 
I like how much I've acheived in this lifestyle but I crave for more. I will continue to work on my diet and start hitting the legs more. Add some lbs on the wheels and hopefully that makes me look bigger up top. I'm gonna prob start a cycle in the next couple of months. Maybe test again with an oral. Or I might do a mix, test p, masteron, With tren. Small doses
