Did legs yesterday...

I think I am going to hobble upstairs and drool all over myself. Damn they are getting stiff.

I love that feeling after squads, leg presses and extensions.

I have to work mine tomorrow and they're still sore from last workout. Leg presses with 1,000 tends to do that! I hadn't done them for awhile.
 
I dunno what it is with me and legs. I can torture them and they'll feel like jello, and within the hour I feel fine again. At the worst I'm a little sore the next day.

Speaking of working legs, I'm going to be on vacation on Friday when I should be working legs. If the hotel doesn't have a properly equipped gym (they fucking better for what they're charging per night) I'm going to hurt someone.

It's the only workout I have planned while we're on vacation. Just because I'm going on vacation doesn't mean I have to stop my routine. My legs are progressing quite well right now and I don't want to stop that progress. Not a single thing wrong with that.
 
as long as i eat well, i dont get too sore when i do legs - but it will stop me from dancing on a weekend :D (and i lift as much as biteme, so it isnt me being slack..)

bullshit yourself. 45 degree leg press on lineal bearings, high foot stance, medium width, 25 plates loaded on and 6 reps done in my final set with decent form (tailbone starting to come off backing pad signifies bottom of the move, straight legs with weight high signifies top of the move. total of 1100 pounds in plates.

i dominate the natural guys (and many roiders) when it comes to legs, and also in incline dumbbell movements. its just the was it is. i have no idea why.
 
Could be worse...you could be in that pain and wearing a heel. Sometimes I'll get up in the morning and feel fine, totally forgetting that the "pants of pain" feeling will be starting around 11am. No fun.
