did i stuff up?

i was really tired today..
had heavy leg ans shoulder w/out this morning...and felt like carbs this afternoon..i took 100mg r-ala and had a cup of white rice...is this ok?
 
Did you eat something that you didn't plan? Yes.

Did you have a heavy workout prior, and take a glucose disposal agent to minimize damage? Yes.

1 cup of rice is insignificant in the long run - don't sweat it. :)

If you were in Ketosis then yes you "messed up"....but, if not, then you'll be fine. You probably refilled some muscle glycogen and the rest went into the liver. Don't worry about it :).

also, doesnt the r-ala prevent the carbs going to the liver?

It should....but sometimes you might have eaten too many carbs and it would kick you out of ketosis.

30mg carbs per 100mg r-ala.....
that's my usual rule, but that doesn't mean it will keep you in real ketosis as I've explained before.
