Hey guys, i think i might have, but do u think i overtrained my arms... i put in like 2 exercises combining my back routine on tuesday... then i did full arm routine on wednesday(this one i dont know why we did) and today Saturday.. i did full arm routine, but i tried something new, i super setted between biceps and triceps.. it felt good and was very intense.. i probbly won't ever do this again.. but just let me know if i did overtrain these bad boys.
