I know your supposed to take clomid after a cycle, but I was taking a D-bol and Sust cycle, ran the d-bol but didnt take any clomid after it b/c I was still using the Sust, should I have taken some anways though, it wont help now but will in the future

For future reference, you should always use stuff like clomid, HCG after you have completely finished your cycle. That means all of the AS, then you use the regenerators. Some people though (I have heard), when doing a heavy cycle will use HCG in week 7/8 to maintain test levels, and then use the clomid at the end of the cycle.
I have found that at the end of a cycle if you use HCG and then clomid it helps to make sure your production levels are back up. But clomid alone should do the job for the cycle that you are doing.

Don't use HCG after a cycle, as it keeps androgen levels high and you need them to dip for the clomid to take effect....Use HCG the last 2-3 weeks of your cycle to stimulate LH production and to get the balls bouncin again.
