I remember when my weight used to start with a 2. No wait, no I don't.
 
Well, suffice to say I've put on about 20-30 pounds of mostly water in the last 3-4 weeks. Went from about 180 to about 203 overnight, and now I'm hitting around 208. I'm retaining Boston Harbor.

I hear that. You should see my fucking ankles Spatts. I can't even get my lifting shoes on because they're too damn tight.

Nope, not any stronger, just slow as F**k because I'm heavier.
 
LS: I admit, I LOVE Sonic Cheddar Peppers. They are the BEST! They are pre-squat cheat food on the occassional ME squat day.
 
Ultimate bulking food: Chipotle's Burrito

Tortilla
Rice
Beans
Corn salsa
Cheese
Chicken, steak, pork or beef
Guacamole
Sour Cream

Sour cream is the only thing in there that really has little benefit, look at all the good carb/protein sources in there. It even has healthy fats (avocado).

Here is the best part: When they get to the meat, after they put it on just be like, "come on man I know you can do better" or something like that and they'll load that fucker up. We're talking at least a pound. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Ultimate bulking food is Iced Tea. 90 cals per cup, and it goes down like water so it won't fill you up.
 
Spatts, I'm bulking on beer, cookies, burritos, and pretty much anything else I want. Don't knock dirty food. It tastes good.
 
what are the calories comprised of? I guarantee you it's not delicious cilantro lime rice and pork braised until it's fall-off-the-bone tender. !MIS BURRITOS SON EL COGER IMPRESIONANTE!
 
I just found the best Chinese buffet I've ever had while I was on vacation. Damn I've got to find one like it around my home.

I made it a point to drink about 3 gallons of water yesterday, and got some dandelion tea too. This morning I am 198, and STILL holding a lot of water. I swear I'm part camel. No one should be allowed to hold that much water.
 
Wait, now I'm confused. What is the point of drinking a ton of water and just holding water-weight? Wouldn't that make it harder to bulk, since the water kind of lends to the "full" feeling?

And, damn, you lost 10 pounds (of water) in one day!?
 
Backlash, I drank the "ton" of water to help me LOSE excess water. That's how it works. Water in, water out. No water in, body holds on to water for dear life.

10 pounds of water is nothing, man. Seriously...part camel.
 
spatts is right............. heres a good senario to help people understand.

if some man knocked on your door at 7am in the morning with 1 dollar to give you and said, "i will be here at 7am every morning for the next 5 years to give you 1 dollar." what would you do. you'd hang onto it becuase its only a little bit and one day that will accumlate to about 1,825 dollars.

but what if he gave you a thousand dollars everyday at 7 am. you would blow that money like there was no tomorrow, why........ becuase tomorrow your getting another 1000 dollars.

thats they way the body works on anything, fat, water, sodium, the less you give it, the more it holds on, it thinks your never going to give it anymore, so it clings to what its got for dear life.

i hope that helps and wasnt just pointless.

You don't know bloated until you break a sweat trying to put your damn shoes on. Hopefully in a few days I'll have some pics of me "The Human Blowfish."

That's so true, Exodus.
 
It isn't uncommon for me to gain or lose 5lbs from lunch until dinner depending on how much water I drink. Also I am familiar with being out of breath and sweating fro trying to get my shoes on while bulking. Generally at that point I refer to myself as "The Bloated Sea Cow"

yeah i know how you feel i have a desk job for customer service..... i have my socks and shoes off with two desk fans on me and im still sweating.
