did i get scammed

listen to this.i decided to try a new guy and yes did plenty of research.ordered some primo amps.guy sai 7-14 days delivery from europe.he said it was sent on 25th of last month and i still have nothing.i emailed him and he said that it probably was taken by customs and will resend half my order to new address.now he did not even ask for customs letter.he anseres email prompltly and is backed by many people not from this board.he said the second dhipment was sent yesterday.what do you guys think of this.you think he is trying to get away with half my order. the only way ill know for sure is if i get customs letter and recieve the new shipment.tell me what you think

All I can say is to wait and see if it shows up. In the meantime, you should be getting a customs letter ( if you haven`t already) for the first order. 3 weeks is not really that long from Europe anyway via regular mail.

I've waited up to 6 weeks before my gear arrived, it had an Italian postmark on it (though the source is in austria). sometimes it just takes a while

Give him some more time man. Perhaps the package is delayed. Moreover if you don`t have a customs letter you don`t have an evidence that you didn`t get the package. So perhaps your guy thinks that you`re reverse scammer.
