what is preffered pills or liquid and what brands? im thinking about one or the other but don't know which one yet. (side effects, what to take afterwards to keep gains, etc) any feedback is appreciated

I have used both Russian d-bol and Mexican Reforvit-b (liquid). I could'nt really tell if the Reforvit did anything for me. Russian tabs had me running around trying to lift up cars within 4-5 days.
