Hi all. Im new to this forum, but I do know that alot of you guys are pretty experienced with steroids and such. That's why I am asking if anyone can provide me with some tips and/or opinions regarding my cycle that I'm planning to do after the summer. I have done powerlifting 3 or 4 years, 20 years old, 180cm high @ approx. 70kg. I have never done steroids before, just some ephedrine and such. Here's what I'm planning to do:

Week 1-6 - 25mg/ed - Dianabol
Week 2-10 - 0.5mg/ed - Arimidex
Week 1-10 - 250mg/ew - Testosteron Enanthate

and for PCT:

Week 11-12 - 60mg/ed - Nolvadex
Week 12-13 - 40mg/ed - Nolvadex
Week 13-14 - 20mg/ed - Nolvadex

Also planning to take creatine, ZMA and Tribulus for PCT with the Nolva. My goals with the cycle is to build up strenght and size, while trying to keep water retention down and keep a good portion of it after the cycle.

Most are going to say that at 20 years of age, you haven't finished growing yet, and your still have shit-ton of natural test being produced...and that at this time the risks would outweigh the rewards....but take it with a grain of salt.
 
Make sure your diet and training is strict. REMEMBER your first cycle is usually the best so do your research and do it right.

If this is your cycle then I would up :

Dbol 50mg ED
Test 450 to 600 mg/ew

Im pretty sure I have stopped growing, and I was really looking for tips for the cycle, not opinions whether I should actually DO the cycle or not, but thanks anyway.

you are the second kid to say the same thing today and what you are asking in not fair---i, for one, and i think i have said this prob 200+ times on this board, will not be a part of helping you do something that could cause perm damage.

"Im pretty sure I have stopped growing"--unless you have x-ray vision that statement shows you have not a clue what you are doing.
 
24-25 is a standard reccomendation. Past that I think it is fair to say when you truly can't go further, then use the least you need to continue growing
 
sometime between 23-25. the worst thing you could ever do is not reach your natty genetic potential b/c you did gear too young. And what is is really important is you need time to strengthen your connective tissue (gear will not do a thing for them) and it takes years of hard work--otherwise you wil end up getting hurt in the middle of every cycle.

you can become a monster with correct diet and hardcore workouts---you can gain more in six months now natty, than i can on a heavy cycle (I am 42).

Before you ever start, get a full panel of bloodwork done so you have a baseline of where your body should be (so you can measure recovery in the future).

I will give you a week free plat membership to do some searches--there are some great forums here with hardcore people who know how to train/eat/compete natty

I started gear in my 40's bro !!!

There's no hurry at 20. Diet and workout intensity are 90% of the equation. Steroid are 10% or LESS.

WE WOULD NOT BULLSHIT YOU DUDE. You will fuck yourself up big time if you start now......... Just a friendly warning.
 
I'd be curious to know how much you're eating. Pretty sure since you're a PL'er, you're not trying to eat too clean, but you should be eating a LOT. You should be eating 2-3 grams per lb. of bodyweight of protein too.

Shit, you're 5'11" and 154 lbs? You don't need steroids, you need FOOD.

If you aren't growing past 154 that's surely - without a doubt the culprit unless you are the victim of a terrible disease

Just as an expiriment once - when I was about that weight - I ate half a dozen donuts before hitting chest and bis, like a few hours before hand

I don't remember specifics but my strength easily went up 25 percent

Not that I'm reccomending donuts but you get the point

Sounds like you have a caloric deficet there, nothing good old eating can't fix
 
haha thanks for your advice guys, I do eat alot of oatmeal, bread and such, many times per day. Even drink about 2-3litres of milk every day + protein shakes, but you'r right, I guess I could eat more clean. Anyway, Im gonna try upping my calories and see if I can still avoid too much fat.
