I am on the same ones you are describing. I started out at 50mg which I found for me personally was an overkill so I backed down to 30mg daily and Im liking it better. You do get bloat from it and will lose it once off but it is a great kickstart for your cycle. I wouldnt stay on the over 5 weeks though... hard on the liver and I did get acne but once I backed down it is clearing up. Good luck to you bro..

its was recommender that you start at 20 and as this is my first time doing roids so i think al just do 20mg in use some Liv 52 which disposes all toxins in the liver

?????.......Yes it may remove toxins...but it doesn't remove hard patches on the liver.....that is where most "real damage" occurs.....ask any alcoholic....

What are you trying to do.....get stronger, leaner, more "cut" etc.....

Not that I am a "purist" in any sense, but get acquainted with needles.......you can run injectable cycles longer......with relatively no hepatoxicity.....

If you are going to do oral only especially Dianabol - methandrostenolone - and anadrol.....make sure to have a shitload of a-dex or femara on hand and don't stay on more than 4-5 wks.....

Whoops......just caught that you are doing d-bol ONLY.......20-30 mg ed split up 2 or three times daily morning and preworkout or morning, preworkout, and early evening (depending on your schedule)......just split it up as it only lasts about 6-8 hrs in the bloodstream......arimidex .25mg ed or eod to prevent estrogen sides......still no more than 4-5 weeks.....your liver will thank you
