For a woman 5'4" currently 126, appx 12%bf looking to gain 10 pounds (of muscle of course)....give me suggestions for ratios and total cals...please!! Currently - no AAS..

ratio should be 55%carbs,40%pro,5%fat as for calories, take the # of grams of carbs and protein in a day that you want and multiply each by 4-that will give you the total daily calories you should eat(then add in the small amt of fat)

Problem is I don't know - :( What's your best suggestion?
 
ok-if you want to gain 10lbs, try 2000 for a while using the ratio I listed before-you have to gain SOME fat when you gain MUSCLE-the trick is cutting AFTER the gain in lbs.
 
1] If you want to gain 10pounds, 1500cal/day is not enough

2]40% prot 40%carbs 20%fat (EFAs)
