I was talking to a buddy, and he was telling me how he mixes dextrose in with his PWO shake. I was reading up about it and I see how its really good when you are trying to build muscle, but I'm still cutting and was wondering if I should consider doing this or not.
I have a second question about going to the bathroom. I drink a gallon and day and seems like I go piss like every 45 min-1hr, but as far as pooing I am only going like EOD and was wondering what I can do to fix this. Idk if me starting to take ECA has something to do with it.
