Dextrose???

I know this is not anabolic related, but I seem to get the best feedback from the anabolic brothers. So mods could we leave this question up for a little bit until I get some good responses?

Anywho, I was wondering where you guys buy your dextrose online? I've bought it online before but always run into the problem of paying almost twice the amount in shipping than I do in dextrose. Was wondering if there were any sites out there that weren't so brutal with shipping charges on dextrose. Karma for help. P.S. there are no stores where I am that carry dextrose/corn sugar.

just go to a local beer brewing store, its usually .75-1.25$ per/lb

what macro said is you best bet on beating shipping charges but if not online brew stores are also an option..

not sure if i can list www if you want some with decent prices just pm/email me and ill hit you up.. figure around 1.99 a pound online with 5-10 in shipping... optimum has a product that is just dextrose or just maltodextrin i forget right now

they call it corn sugar, some of the less educated brewers may not even be aware that they are the same.

Yeah, I figured they may be dumb, so I asked for corn sugar and none of them carry it. I ordered it through one of the private vitamin stores here in town. But they went out of business while I was waiting for my order to come in......go figure, just my luck!

Try a winekitz, not just a beer brewing store. I garantee they will have it ... whether they know or not is a different story ... take a look around the store and to see if you can find it. The one I went to for the first time ... I asked the guy as soon as I walked in if they sold it ... he said nope. 2 mins later I found it on a shelf.

I get mine at " bulk barn" a store with big huge tubs of every kind of candy/chocolate/nut you could think of. they also have sugars, spices and shit like that. got 5 lbs. for under $3.

Question.. if I do low volume routines.. (like 8-9 sets per workout).. should I lower the amount of dextrose in my PWO shake since I haven't burned as many carbs during my workout?
