I absolutely love this site and have been reading it non stop since I found it. All of your replys are excellent. Here is my question. I have roughly 8% body fat. I run - HIT and weight train 6 days a week. I am carb PHOBIC! I am willing to try dextrose after reading that some of you put it in your post work out shake. At this point I do not even know what it is found in or where to get it because sugar is a distant memory!
