I've been looking for Dextrose where i live(The Bronx) for about a year now and can't find one damn place that sells it!

I ordered from supplement direct once and paid the same price for shipping as i did for the dextrose .... Something like $20plus for sugar....Sucks!

I think Dextrose is not worth it, just eat food or even EAS's Phoshagen XT is great, but just a plain Dextrose product is not worth it.

why get dextrose dirt cheap for $14 when you can send Bill Phillips and EAS about 500% more on mark-ups for their advertising and bullshit videos?

Real food cannot do the job of dextrose immediately PWO, which is when this substance is desired. If you don't know why/how/the science behind it, then just forget it.............u said to use real food, so my guess is u have no clue.
